Employers
Can you help with an urgent requirement?
Include your start date and priority roles in the request, or call our team. We check availability and confirm whether the placement is feasible. Timing depends on the profiles, location and project requirements.
How do you assess whether someone fits the role?
We start with the tasks, experience needed and the site or industrial environment. Qualifications, training and specific requirements should be set out in your request and confirmed during selection.
Can I add people in stages?
Yes. Describe the work packages, headcount and expected dates for each phase. We assess the solution against the project and the availability of suitable people.
What about paperwork, onboarding and safety?
We collect and organise the documentation needed for placement and coordinate access and safety requirements. Our occupational accident insurance expressly includes construction, public works and metalwork, under the terms of the policy. We also coordinate occupational health examinations applicable to the role. Specific requirements are confirmed for each project.
Who do I contact if requirements change?
Your project consultant is your point of contact. Tell us about changes to dates, roles or headcount so we can reassess the response and next steps.
Do you support projects outside Portugal?
Yes. Portugal is our main focus and Europe accounts for most of our international experience. We have also placed professionals in Asia, Africa and South America. Each destination is assessed against project requirements and feasibility.

Is there a fee to apply?
No. Applying to TeamPower® is free.
How long does a placement take?
It depends on available opportunities and how they match your experience, qualifications and availability. Applying does not guarantee an immediate placement.
Can I apply to work abroad?
Yes. Tell us your preferred countries and availability. Our team will review your profile and explain the conditions of each opportunity.
What should I send first?
Your name, contact details, trade and a summary of your experience are enough to start. Our team will explain which documents are needed later.
Who supports professionals on site?
Support is coordinated by consultants and the production and logistics team, according to the assignment.
How do I find out about pay, hours and duration?
Conditions are presented for each opportunity. Ask about pay, hours, expected duration and location before accepting. We do not publish generic figures that may not apply to the role.
Is transport or accommodation provided?
This depends on the project and location. When travel is involved, the team explains the relevant transport and accommodation arrangements before departure.
Does my experience count if my background is different?
Tell us about your previous roles, the materials and equipment you have worked with and your training. We assess your fit for each opportunity, including any required qualifications.
Who can help if I have a question during the placement?
Contact the consultant or named contact for your placement. Raise onboarding questions, concerns about conditions or changes with the team so they can follow up.
